      Typical Solutions

The custom replacement IG (Insulated Glass) unit is a stained and/or beveled panel sealed between two panes of tempered glass and replaces the ordinary glass in windows and doors.  Custom replacement units can be installed in new or existing windows, doors, cabinetry etc.  If you are buying new windows or doors from one of our dealers, they will handle the measuring and installation.  If your dealer does not sell our product, you can buy the glass from us and we will connect you with a glazer in your area that will take the measurements and do the installation.  If you order your windows with the glass “dry” set, it will make the re-glazing (installing new glass) easier.

       Custom Design 

We do custom design and have a wide selection of glass and came finishes to choose from.   

Custom Beveling

We custom make all of the bevels that go into our designs. As a result our product reflects a level of detail and customization that cannot be matched using stock shapes and sizes.

Pricing

The complexity of the design or the types of glass used does not affect the price. Price is by the sq/in.

1 to 10,000.  We are happy to create one but have the capacity to produce as many as you need.

Energy Efficient Triple Glazed Construction

All our insulated glass units are tripled glazed, meaning they are constructed using three layers of glass. The design portion is sealed between two outer panes of tempered glass. This forms two separate air chambers which creates an extra layer of insulation making them extra energy efficient and easy to clean.

Thicker Glass and Laminated Glass

For special situations Insulated units can be ordered with 5mm or 6mm tempered glass or with laminated glass made with .090 PVB layer that complies with Dade County Code for Hurricane zones. 

Spacer System

We use a highly advanced duel sealing/duel spacer system that distributes the weight of the decorative panel away from the main seal.  This system allows us to make large (up to 70” x 98”) insulated units without risking seal failure.   

Durability and Recyclable

Stained glass is an exceptionally durable product that lasts indefinitely, will not fade over time, is maintenance free and easily recycled at the end of its useful life.

Warranties

All glass comes with a 10-year warranty.

Lead Time

NEW! Lead-time is 45-60 days from the time the order is placed.

Shapes

We can duplicate any shape as long as it fits within our size limitations. For arches and unusual shapes will need to be provided with a template or cad drawing.

Sizes

Maximum size for non-electroplated units is 70” x 98” and 26” x 78” for electroplated.

Our IG units are available in 1mm increments from 16mm to 25.4mm (1in). The following list converts millimeters to the approximate equivalent in inches.

        The Design Process

A designer will work with you to create your design.  If you have a design in mind you can send it to us or you can choose one of ours.  Once you’ve decided on a design we will create a scale drawing complete with glass selection and e-mail it to you for review.  Once the design meets with your satisfaction and we have the dimensions, your order is ready to be processed.
